MADE FOR CRE All engagements are custom quoted. Illustrative project scope: brokerage brand and website launch This outline demonstrates how an engagement can be structured. It is not a proposal, quote, or commitment to a specific timeline. The signed project scope defines the actual work, investment, responsibilities, revisions, and schedule. 1. DEFINE Positioning workshop; audience priorities; existing content inventory; written brief; success criteria; named decision-maker and source-fact owners. Approval: the brief and scope before design begins. 2. DESIGN An agreed creative direction developed into a logo system, palette, type hierarchy, and representative website screens. Approval: identity and page direction. The proposal states the number of concepts, review rounds, and process for changes outside scope. 3. BUILD Responsive page development; approved content; property presentation; metadata; inquiry routing; agreed analytics setup. Approval: staging site, factual content, browser checks, keyboard checks, and verified inquiry delivery before launch. 4. LAUNCH AND HANDOVER Deployment to the agreed environment; source and export files named in the scope; account ownership and access; recorded walkthrough; agreed support terms. Approval: launch checklist and named owner for ongoing updates. CLIENT INPUTS Provide accurate business and property facts, rights to supplied imagery and other assets, necessary account access, and one consolidated response at each review point. Name a person authorized to approve publication. SEPARATE SCOPE ITEMS Media spend, third-party subscriptions, photography, hosting, CRM integrations, ongoing content and campaign management, and material changes after approval are included only when expressly agreed.
