Every engagement is quoted individually. Fees, schedule, deliverables, revision rounds, and dependencies agreed before production.
01 / Review milestone
Agree the brief.
What we produce
Audience and positioning, page list, content inventory, and a written definition of success.
What your team supplies
Choose one decision-maker. Supply the current brand, website, team information, and any approved property data.
Decision before moving on: Approve the brief and identify missing inputs before design starts.
02 / Review milestone
Develop the identity.
What we produce
An agreed creative direction developed into logo lockups, color and type rules, and representative website screens.
What your team supplies
Consolidate comments from the people who will approve the work. Review the identity in the applications the team actually uses.
Decision before moving on: Sign off on the identity and page direction at the review points set in the proposal.
03 / Review milestone
Build with real content.
What we produce
Responsive website pages, property presentation, inquiry routing, metadata, analytics, and the agreed integrations.
What your team supplies
Approve copy and property facts. Supply account access and confirm rights to photography, plans, logos, and other materials.
Decision before moving on: Review a working staging site. Check content, mobile layouts, and the inquiry journey.
04 / Review milestone
Launch and hand over.
What we produce
An approved launch, agreed source files and exports, account handover, and a walkthrough of how to use the finished work.
What your team supplies
Confirm the launch owner and the person handling new inquiries. Decide which maintenance and marketing tasks remain ongoing.
Decision before moving on: Confirm the launch checklist, ownership, support terms, and any remaining actions.
Settle these details before the work begins.
Timing
The schedule follows the page count, integrations, content readiness, and review availability. The proposal sets milestones and explains how delayed inputs or added scope affect delivery.
Investment
All work is custom quoted. Project fees and payment milestones follow the agreed scope. Media spend, photography, printing, data, subscriptions, and hosting are itemized separately where relevant.
Files and accounts
The scope names the editable files, exports, website access, and account ownership included at handover. Existing platform licenses and third-party restrictions are documented.
After launch
Maintenance and ongoing marketing are defined separately. A retainer specifies the monthly work, reporting, approval process, and how priorities change.
Every assignment is different. Your signed proposal governs the actual deliverables, terms, and responsibilities.
